Write a reflective piece (in English, your target language, or a mix of both) exploring your own relationship with the language you're learning — why you chose to learn it, what connects you to it (family heritage, culture, travel, curiosity), and how learning it has changed how you see language, culture or even yourself. This kind of reflection helps connect language learning to something personally meaningful, rather than treating it as an abstract academic exercise disconnected from your own life and motivations.

A reflective piece might explore how learning a grandparent's first language has changed a person's sense of connection to their family history, or how learning a completely unrelated language sparked a genuine curiosity about how differently other cultures think about time, family or politeness — personal, honest reflection rather than a generic statement about "languages being useful."
